I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase “Ask for permission or beg for forgiveness” right?

Well, leadership is about taking RISKS!! Yes, I know, for some the word “risk” makes your bowels rumble like a scene from “Dumb & Dumber.”

BUT, it doesn’t have to be that bad! Listen, GREAT leaders take chances…gamble on what they believe to be the best in their heart of hearts. Will every chance result in a win? Nope..but many will if you trust your gut and give it your BEST!

Don’t willy-nilly the crap…rev up the engines andGO FORRRRR IT!!!

Live is to be lived in the game…not on the sidelines….wondering “Should I have done…”

I take chances all the time! And, ya know what, I’m extremely successful because of them!
